An intense day, just for you!:
* Comprehensive blood and urine analysis at your nearest lab center
* When back home, a longevity specialist, an esthetician, a nutritionist and physiotherapist come to your home and help you start your journey, as follows:
* Set up a whoop device, that will notably monitor your sleep
* Your age-related physical and cognitive functions are challenged and assessed and you are given your biological age, generally and by body functions, along with suggestions
This is to be compared in 3 months!
* Your nutrition is investigated and changes to your kitchen are proposed & eventually applied
* Your sleep is investigated and changes to your bedroom are proposed & eventually applied
* Your house is adapted for adequate physical training at home, notably Ashtanga yoga, a yoga for the military that however anyone can start!
* Regenerative face and hair treatments are applied if adequate:
i) Gold-standard microneedling with growth factor blend for skin rejuvenation
- ii) Kerafactor microneedling of the scalp to stimulate hair reinforcement and growth.
iii) Low-dose neurotoxin applications against wrinkles

From Mondays to Fridays, we try to organize something at least once a day, and bring a community around. Here are examples:
* Modified Ashtanga Yoga sessions. This is our favorite as it permits to reinforce strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and the cardiovascular system in a joyful atmosphere. It also permits one to pay attention to one’s breathing and is an entrance to meditation. Ashtanga Yoga is a Yoga for the military, it is fundamentally really hard, so over the years we developed a modified version such that anyone can join and everyone performs it at the level they can, with no need to perform well - just stay till the end!
* Weight training.Your muscles, your bones, need important efforts to then regenerate. Weight training is essential for bone density, to help keep osteoporosis and hip fracture at bay for a long time. Muscles are incredibly important for one’s metabolism, they secrete various cytokines against cancer. Weight training is also good for the cardiovascular system. In short, weight training and Ashtanga Yoga are a perfect combination for the body and mind.
* Longevity life coaching. Do you appreciate the good moments in life? Do you know what Ikigai is? Do you have one? Do you enjoy being part of a nice community? Living longer is of course great if life is wonderful, so we enjoy spreading these concepts for a long-live and happy community - a “blue zone” in the UK!
* Morning light exposure protocol. Here, we go a bit more in depth that in the first learning week on why and how morning light structures our body and mind so well
* A sardine and herbs at breakfast? Learn what suits our body best for the first meal of the day, and different ways to achieve it
* Evening wind-down protocol and sleep optimization. Here too, we go a bit more in depth that in the first learning week on why and how preparing your night makes such a big difference for your health and well being
* Your personalized meals - nutrition protocol implementation. A bit of help to start cooking for you? Need for someone to prepare your personalized meals? This is to accompany everyone in a group atmosphere
* VO2max training. Some physical training again, dedicated to optimize your body for effort, synchronize your cardiovascular system. This, in a joyful atmosphere
* Longevity training. Some physical training again, dedicated to optimize your body for effort, synchronize your cardiovascular system. This, in a joyful atmosphere
* Existing longevity medicines. Here, we present key molecules that extend the life of rodents and improve our health; the know mechanisms, the limits, the uncertainties, the next step
* History and sociology of longevity medicine. Here we explain how in about 30 years we moved from the medicine against microbes that naturally surround us to also the medicine of our body degeneration that occurs naturally. How it moves from a non-recognized science to one of the largest area of research in health
* Future longevity medicines. Improved uses of current medications, Yamanaka factors and their derivatives, gene therapies; here, we provide a view of what the forthcoming medicines are and in what timeframe they are likely to be available
* Anti-aging esthetics - how does it work? How is it possible to tight skin, reduce wrinkles, regenerate skin? What are some of the tools and their underlying mechanisms? Can we regrow hair? Can we have hair color back?

These are just examples. We will collect your interests and try to create sessions accordingly. We have 25 years of passion for longevity so we are happy to share with you knowledge, interest and passion.

One week to assessment and to set goals

If adequate and based on the medical consultation, longevity medicines:

iv) to stimulate tissue regeneration, and reduce cancer risks
For safety reasons, as you start taking medicines we prefer to organize a further blood analysis at your nearest lab center to check your body response to these treatments and possibly adjust.
